“John Carpenter” was an exhibition we put together at Nine Lives in Brisbane to close the Semi-Permanent exhibition we also spoke at. The exhibition included risograph prints, large scale paintings on paper and a mural on the back wall, all in response to movies by one of Sonny’s favourite directors – Mr. John Carpenter.

We were thrilled to collaborate with one of our favourite artists, Steak Mountain, on one of the risos (that’s it below in red and black).

And thrilled again to have music provided by good friends, the incredible Scary Area, from Baltimore. They absolutely knocked us for sizzz with the crazy beautiful songs they created. We cannot thank Steak and Christian and Meredith enough, ever!
